About Sara Morton
Who is Sara Thompson-Morton?
I am a Londoner, through and through, the youngest daughter in a large and close family, bought up in Ealing, West London.
My ambition was always to be self-employed, like many members of my family. I knew this required experience and knowledge.
From my school days I had already learnt the value of being a team player, of loyalty, determination and practice. These remain great assets in my professional life as an estate agent.
In January 2000 I became an estate agent working in prestigious high street brands. Promotions followed and I managed successful offices in Earlsfield, Putney and Chelsea followed by Richmond and Twickenham in Greater London, where I now live with my young family and have been a resident for over 20 years.
I took the big step to set up S.A. Morton Real Estates in 2019. I have to admit, it was scary at the beginning. What I was trying to do was something others had not been able to achieve.
I wanted my agency to be based on referrals. To be bespoke. To be personal.
And it is working.
My passion is matching the person to the property. Like a hand in a glove.
Buying a home is one of the most personal things we do. I aim for the buying experience to acknowledge fully the personal needs of the buyers and to find houses that will turn into beautiful homes once they own it.
I know West London and Surrey, having sold a substantial amount of properties over 25 years.
To me and my team, selling a property is not just a job. It is a personal service to make people happy.
My brand is excellence and this is what we aim to achieve.

About Sara
After serving in the Metropolitan Police Service for several years, I pursue a career in the field due to my natural inclination and skill set. Taking this advice to heart, I embarked on my real estate career in Earlsfield as a Senior Negotiator, eventually working my way up through various roles in Putney, Chelsea, Chiswick, and Twickenham, where I settled with my family. The desire to create something of my own, combined with the flexibility of modern technology allowing agents to work from home, prompted me to establish my dream venture, S.A Morton Real Estates Ltd.
I envisioned a business centered around strong client relationships, offering compassionate support and unbiased advice, coupled with professionalism honed over years of experience in the industry.
Claire Anderson
About Claire
I have been in the industry for 17 years now and what I am most passionate about is finding families their dream homes. I spent most of my career working for corporate companies in various roles and have managed offices in Twickenham, East Sheen, Sunbury and Staines. Since becoming a mum and having a family of my own I realised that I wanted to work with an independent company and people who share the same values as me- Honesty, Integrity and Transparency for their clients, while offering me the work life balance that I now need for my family. This is where Sara Morton Real Estate came to mind.
I had worked with Sara previously and we formed a great working relationship so we both knew that this would be a great fit, we trust each other implicitly and with the shared knowledge and experience that we have we are able to offer an excellent bespoke service to our clients. We are local mums who ultimately understand what a family house needs.

Pauline Lau
About Pauline
I have worked in media, and sales and marketing for over 20 years in Hong Kong. My passion lies in genuine communication, not just talking to customers but truly listening to them with full attention. The environment is always changing, situations differ, and new challenges constantly arise. I believe that understanding people is the key to solving problems and building lasting trust.
As a mum of two teenagers, I am grateful that they enjoy chatting with me. They have trained me, in their own way, to listen attentively, a skill that helps me build lasting relationships with customers.
In 2022, my family and I moved to the UK. Since moving to the UK, I have focused on finding a business that allows me to connect directly with people. I am particularly drawn to the property industry, where understanding clients’ needs and building trust are essential. I enjoy being the bridge between customers and service providers, helping clients find the right solutions, creating positive experiences, and supporting families in finding their dream home.
